Update!!! I post my review when I was at the office and then when they were treating my son the doctor has asked me to talking about the review I posted. The doctor is so rude. She was confirmed with the ladies in front that they ignored me, and then the doctor told me I have to delete my review so they can treat my baby and if I’m not delete them so that mean I’m not feel comfortable to be here to get their service. My wife and son had really bad experiences here. The doctor was so bad attitude. She asked my wife to remove the bad review, she would treat my son. No bad review remove, no treatment.
We’ve been patients of Dr Love for about 3 years. The staff is absolutely the best. My kids hate visiting the doctor’s office, but regularly ask when they get to go to the dentist again. It’s a great practice. They are upfront about pricing for any extra procedures. I seriously don’t get the negative reviews! The place is wonderful.
I’m don’t see how anyone could write a bad review about this place. It started off rocky, no fault of theirs, I just had to get things done on my end. My neice has been there twice and I have 0 complaints. They didn’t allow me to go in the back while she got a tooth extracted & a filling, so my neice and I both were a little scared, but they took such good care of her and she said she didn’t feel any pain.
