We have used Capital City Painting on and off for about 15 years. We moved in an old house complete with wallpaper that, I swear, was glued on with gorilla glue. We had a few rooms stripped and painted at a time. They arrived promptly each day, worked like five people, (only Charlie and Angie in the beginning), and made our house shine. Would not recommend. We have learned a hard lesson at a high cost! We have moved but are still owners.
