I give 1 star to Dr Blake and capital city pain care for taking my $200 cash I waited for 2 weeks for pain meds because I was told she was busy. She wasnt too busy to take my money. Yesterday I received a call from her office telling me that she wouldn't write a prescription for me till I saw an addiction doctor. I don't have an addiction problem and never have. I was a patient of Dr. Blake for several years. She is a tremendous doctor, she listens to her patients and has a wonderful bedside manor. My only issue is with how she suddenly stopped taking Medicare Advantage Insurance. There was no email, no letter, no announcement or notice at all. I called to schedule an appointment and staff told me that unless I was private pay they would not schedule an appointment. Dr. Blake is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients. The office is always clean and well-organized, and the whole team makes you feel comfortable. I’m very happy with the care and support I receive here every visit!
I have been going to Dr. Blake for several years, she is very caring and understanding, she will do her best to help with your pain like she has done with me, I get injections in my spine, she is very gentle and explains everything she is doing, she is the best and I highly recommend her.
Dr Blake has always taken exceptional care of my on-going lumbar spine/pain issues. I’ve had experience with several other pain management Doctors and she is by far the most gentle, conservative in approach and explains everything she is doing so there are no surprises. Dr. Blake has literally given me my life back. I am very thankful to have her as my Doctor. Pain is no laughing matter and she understands this with great compassion. Highly recommend Dr Blake and staff!
