Dr Blake has always taken exceptional care of my on-going lumbar spine/pain issues. I’ve had experience with several other pain management Doctors and she is by far the most gentle, conservative in approach and explains everything she is doing so there are no surprises. Dr. Blake has literally given me my life back. I am very thankful to have her as my Doctor. Pain is no laughing matter and she understands this with great compassion. Highly recommend Dr Blake and staff!
I heard good reviews from Dr. Blake's patients. I was very disappointed to learn she does not accept patients with Medicare Advantage. After working over 40 years and losing private health insurance (that I paid for), I feel discriminated against. However, thank you for taking care of those whom can afford you.

I was referred to this office by my chiropractor to hopefully get some form of shot in my back. When I made the appt I asked how long I would be there, at which time I made it clear I had an appt and that I thought I’d be cutting it close. She assured me I would be there 30 minutes. Well, after sitting 42 mins and not seeing one person get called back to be seen, and the fact I had my other appt I had to be at, I had to let them know I had to leave. No apologies, no nothing.
