I scheduled a detail of my father’s boat so he could have it ready to go for Father’s Day. The first appointment they canceled on me. They rescheduled giving me the time and date for the next available appointment. When it came time they were a complete no-show. I attempted texting and calling with no response back. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

They let me down when I needed their service... two times!! I can't speak to the quality of their work, because they scheduled TWICE with me, and TWICE pulled a NO CALL NO SHOW! After missing the first time, they offered a free bottle of wax as compensation. I was looking forward to getting my vehicle detailed, so I begrudgingly rescheduled. I have a dog, and I use my car to bring him everywhere. Back seat leather had dried mud from taking him to the dog park, windows were filled with dog saliva, his fur was everywhere. Capital City worked wonders. My car is glistening inside and out like it’s brand new. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
