Submitted two requests for work via their website. Received emails verifying time of arrival with the person that would show up. Both times a no show. Do you have better things to do with your time then wait for a no show?
Great company!! We had them do two large stamped concrete patios and a two tiered retaining wall with concrete steps. They did an amazing job everything looks perfect. Good communication, and professional workers. We will recommend them to any of our friends.
Waste of time. Poor customer service, strike that no customer service. No call no show. Online scheduling only which I'm not a fan of but it for efficiencies sake, received a confirmation email of an estimate meeting with Ty. Heard nothing before onto the day of so I called in just to see if Ty would be able to make it no response left a message. Got nothing back from the company or from Ty time of appointment arrives... No one, 15 minutes into the 30-minute inspection I call again as sometimes things just get delayed no ans... read more
Tyler and his crew landscaped the front and side of my house. They did a wonderful job and everything looks great. One of the best parts of the job was watching Tyler and his crew work. Many smiles and laughter showing that they all worked well together and enjoyed what they were doing. Tyler is respectful, professional, and listened to my special requests.. If I could give him above a 5 I would.
