I had a great experience here! Charles was very nice and walked me through the process of everything that needed to be fixed and how the problem could have happened in the first place. Everyone greeted you as you walked in and wait times were very very reasonable. This place will be my go to from now on.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Capital City Honda. We made a confirmed appointment for today at 12:15 PM for an oil change. When we arrived, we were told there was no appointment in the system and that it would be a two-hour wait. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering this has happened before. The last time he came in with an appointment, he was made to wait four hours. Worst dealer service I’ve ever experienced! Do not come here. They are dishonest and only looking to make money. I took my car in to get my timing belt and pulleys replaced. They inspected my car and gave me a quote which I agreed to. While my car was in the shop, they called me back saying that I need to replace my power steering system which I declined because it wasn’t an issue before. Don't come here if you value your car or your sanity. They are dishonest and will lie to you. I have the proof so they can't deny it didnt happen.

Honestly bad service department. I guess they don’t need your business because good luck getting anyone to call you back regarding parts or repairs. Even the scheduler told me they are really bad at returning calls. Last time I dropped off my car for a scheduled 1 hour routine service it took them 8 hours. And I was the first and only one there when I dropped off my car. Guess I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
