Capital City Honda may getting decent reviews on a purchase of a new vehicle but beware later on when you need their assistance on warrantied items after you have driven off of the dealership lot. Have owned a 2017 Honda Civic which was purchased from Capital City Honda (previously Mel Rapton Honda) brand new. In regards to the service department, I would describe this in one word “unprofessional” the service advisors who are supposed to demonstrate their expertise in the automotive industry, specializing in Honda vehicles, don’t know what they are supposed to know and their management have done a very mediocre quality of training. My sales consultant was Liz Navarro. She did an outstanding job throughout the entire purchase of my vehicle. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to buy a new vehicle.
