Don't bother contacting the service department. Don't even bring you car to be serviced here. Just look and read at the reviews for the service department. No customer service at all. Do not buy warranty from this place.

Outstanding service today from Jacob Smull (who works with Rich Russo). I popped in with no appointment hoping for a quick fix. Jacob recognized it was an in-n-out service, and although they were slammed, he personally pulled my Fit onto a lift, made the repair from extra parts he had on-hand, and even assessed some upcoming needs I have. That’s what wins return-customers. An employee like Jacob Smull ensures good business.

Terrible oil change experience. Always taken our cars to the dealership for routine maintenance but this dealership is incompetent and sloppy. Had to return three times for a simple service because of bad workmanship and inexperienced staff. After the issues, we took the car to another Honda dealer to be told that the multiple errors by Capital City Honda were much worse than originally found.
