We really appreciated working with the whole team. We would have liked to save a bit more money by collecting our own property taxes without have to pay a fee for having to collect it ourselves. Our last 2 mortgage companies didn’t have an issue with it and didn’t charge us a fee either. Other than that good team to work with, they’re really on top of everything and made sure we had done everything needed to prior to closing.
