We had a new metal roof put in after storm last year (insurance paid). Roof is wonderful. However, we needed gutter guards re-installed after roof put on and paid for them ourselves. We were promised that they would be maintenance free. We have sweet gum tree, walnut tree in neighbor yard, very large evergreen tree and oak tree around the house.
