This was my first time bringing a vehicle to Machens Capital City Ford for service. From a customer service standpoint, it was less than acceptable. I needed to bring in my truck for repairs on the rear differential (due to known driveline issues in this model). It was warranty work on rear camera. Also, I was in earlier for fuel injector and fuel system flush. I was very satisfied with the attitude of everyone I had contact with
Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous
