I filled a complaint with the BBB against this company. The VP of operations, Josh Johnson failed to return phone calls and text message for weeks at a time. He cancelled several appointments that were made to complete work he had already been paid for. For one appointment he didn’t show and didn’t bother to call. The company breached a contract for exterior work and finally blamed it on problems with subcontractors. I took over 4 months to have all of the original work completed.
