If I could give 0 stars I would. The most frustrating people to do business with. They are avoiding our phone calls because of their mistake. My husband called and inquired about 2 jet skis on Tuesday and financing. The financial manager wanted 24 hours to be able to get us approved at the best deal. On Thursday my husband received a phone call that we were pre-approved for x amount of money with a deposit. My husband informed him we could not come until Saturday because we live 4 hours away. They will say you are financed then send you home with the vehicle and then call you back. As soon as you get back they will take your vehicle and demand you sign a new agreement with a higher interest rate and if you dont they keep the vehicle and your deposit. They will also take your down payment and say your are financed then ask you to come back the next day so you can complete your paper work then try to change the agreement and if not you get the same outcome.
