Another useless institution in Brooksville Florida. I asked to open an estate account for my mother who had passed away recently and they used some credit system and my Credit score is 828 out of 850. They refused to open an account. This only happened because I have credit monitoring but no one would override or review it manually. The account was not opened. I contacted another bank and no problem I transferred a great deal of money and investments to another bank. Shame on Capital Bank.
Very nice and helpful employees ATM is super clean and easy to use.
Very warm and customer friendly atmosphere, they make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. I recommend this bank 100%.
