I had been instructed by Ray from another branch to come to this branch for help because he was unable to assist at his location. I went to this Topeka branch and the assistant manager immediately acted annoyed to have to deal with me which made sense once I overheard her say to the VP/branch director, Norm, that she needed to leave. Branch VP/director was not helpful w/ very basic questions. Another team member was in the actual teller area loudly talking about the KC Chiefs.
