Called on 5/30/24, was advised there is a six-month waitlist. Added name to list. Called today to check status - “sorry, we aren’t taking new patients, the waitlist goes until February.” The lack of professionalism is palpable; a courtesy phone call - at any time in the last SIX MONTHS - would have been nice, but is apparently too much to ask. I’d also like to add that I called Salem Acupuncture on that same date in May, called them today and they have my name and advised I should hopefully be getting a call in the next few ... read more
Dr. Katie is absolutely amazing. I started seeing her for headaches and got to watch her treatments work magic. Her office and rooms are set up beautifully and are extremely relaxing. 1000% would recommend to anyone looking for a good acupuncturist.
Dr. Katie is absolutely amazing. I started seeing her for headaches and got to watch her treatments work magic. Her office and rooms are set up beautifully and are extremely relaxing. 1000% would recommend to anyone looking for a good acupuncturist.
Dr. Katie has helped me manage my torn shoulder tendon pain until my surgery. And my ‘old’ knee pain has all but disappeared! Besides performing her craft professionally and competently, she takes the time to get to know her patients and has made it a joy to be a patient of hers.
Wow! Dr. Katie (the miracle worker) has changed my life! I have had years and years of neck pain. I was plagued with migraines from my neck pain, couldn’t turn my head from side to side, had injections for years, physical therapy, surgery, lots and lots of medications. I started seeing Dr. Katie a year ago and currently my pain has been manageable,(very little), no pain meds and I can turn my head!! I now can do many things I have missed out on for years. I’m so grateful that I found Dr. Katie!
