This is truly the worst accounting firm I have ever had to deal with. Not only did they charge us a significant amount of money to provide us with very basic information on our tax return as it relates to this year's taxes but promised to provide the information in writing via email. Information that we are still waiting for 7 months later. When we tried to follow-up, there repeated excuse was that higher priority clients and deadlines needed to be met urgently, and that our information would be sent as soon as possible.
