Dominic did such a thorough job with our chimney inspection today. We have now have a detailed understanding of what is needed moving forward to fix our chimney/fireplace, and the quote for repairs appeared very reasonable relative to the amount of work our chimney needs. We had a great experience with Capital. We needed two liners installed in the chimney of our 2-flat, and they gave us a fair price, showed up when they said they would, and left the work site spotless. Their technicians also provided us with photos of the inside of the chimney (which no other company did) and took the time to talk through all aspects of the process. 10/10 highly recommend!
I called Capital Chimney on a recommendation to perform an annual cleaning on both of my wood burning fireplaces. This is a newer home to me and I have not had this service performed. Patrick was the technician sent to my house. Upon inspection, he found some issues that I was not aware of. He explained everything in great detail and provided pictures.
