I left my car there two days for repairs. Picked the car up on Friday and two dashboard lights came on Monday. When I took it back, they found the problem and now everything is working ok. I had a warranty that took car of this major repair. Only had to pay deductible.
The service rep, Michael, did an excellent job. He kept me up to date on all services and what they found. Including sending video's of walk through's on what was done and what needed to be added. Checked on extended warranty information and got two items covered.
I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived early and was checked in quickly. The service department was busy but they still got my truck in and out quickly, which is great for me because I do not drop off, I wait while the work is being done. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
