Service team was very accommodating and professional as I was a little bit late for my appointment and they were able to fit me in still. Great customer service

I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled, and had asked to have one of my tires looked at because it might have an air leak. The service writer Austin called me with an update telling me I needed a bunch of things done totaling over three thousand dollars. When I tried to explain some things to him he started getting rude with me. One of the things he told me that I needed was 2 new tires because they had excessive wear and other issues.
