I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled, and had asked to have one of my tires looked at because it might have an air leak. The service writer Austin called me with an update telling me I needed a bunch of things done totaling over three thousand dollars. When I tried to explain some things to him he started getting rude with me. One of the things he told me that I needed was 2 new tires because they had excessive wear and other issues. Everyone was so pleasant. They did a great job!
Today I received a letter from the towing company that Capital Chevrolet GMC stated that my 2005 Chevy Unlander was in the way. This company took my new rebuilt transmission and put it into some other vehicle. They call me with this large sum to pay. They did not want to work anything out even an American Express Charge would not satisfied them. They had me talking to different ones and yet they only made excuses to not let my vehicle go.
