Very expensive, the ticket system is glitchy, and people bung up the entry as well as the exit very often.
QR system is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. If you miss it when you enter because the gates already open you're basically screwed. And the help phone guy at the exit was basically no help. There's cars building up behind he and he asks all these stupid questions - just open the gate and let me swing around and do it properly.
The ticket machine would not issue a ticket. Had to try customer service after I parked. No choice to come in because of cars behind me. Called and called. They answered and hung up on me three times. Finally, they said I had to buy a lost ticket and exit the place immediately. I asked about the $44 lost ticket charge. I was told I would have to pay it. Exited and parked on the street. No one onsite would assist. Beware-- an expensive proposition to keep your car hostage. Park at your own risk.
