First thought it was great but had black mold under the sink that smelt really bad and there was non stop construction my entire time there. This included two different projects across the street aswell as the balconies being grinded down and redone which awful cause they used heavy machinery directly next to your apartment. Was so loud you couldn't talk to the person next to you and would cause your place to vibrate. Also had been given a notice that cockroaches had been sighted.
