Complete nightmare of a CPA operation. They completely dropped the ball on my business taxes 2 years in a row. This past year they were fired and I had to hire a new CPA to fix the mess and do my taxes correct. When I asked them for assistance Steven and Linda basically ignored all of my requests for assistance and gave me the run around for weeks.
