There's no email on the website. Almost every single business in Canada has an email. What's the deal? I'm asking because they don't get back to you on the phone when you leave a message. This is not normal and I don't know what the problem is. But they need to resolve it. It reflects on the facility in general. It's not normal what's the problem what's the secret?
Overall, very happy with this practice. The only concern I have is the lack of privacy. I was asked very personal questions at the front desk (medications, etc.). Everyone in the reception area could hear my personal business.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. No matter how many times you call or leave a voicemail, stonewalled. No response no callback. Highly inefficient service.
My experience at Capital Cardiology has been amazing. Everyone is so helpful. A very well organized and efficient office. Was very impressed. This past week I was in for an Ecocardiogram. Kawkab was the ultrasound technician. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and wise. She was very kind, answered all my questions, and made me feel like I was seen and heard. A truly lovely person. Capital Cardiology is fortunate to have her.
