Wonderful staff. Professional, kind, and competent. I only had a brief conversation with Dr. Lal, but he knows how to pick his staff.
I was referred here by my doctor, when they called me to set up an appointment, they addressed me by my middle name over and over. I corrected them, and the response I got was “Yeah Alexis (middle name) right?” So if your screen is showing my first name of Alexis is coming up, why continue to address me by my middle name. The first time was no big deal but it happened 3 other times. Mind you I only made the appointment yesterday for next week. Went to Dr. Lal office for an urgent matter , when I arrived he was quick to tell me I urgently needed various tests to be done since on a previous heart test there was something '' abnormal'' . All this was $1000. I agreed to proceed and pay right on the spot. It's been 15 days and not a single follow up call from Doctor Lal. It is very disappointing that doctors so called are not capable and human enough to follow up even as a courtesy to let you know the results about your test or ask you if there is any improvement. I recently experienced a scary experience with heart palpitations, chest pain and shortness of breath. I was referred to Dr. Lals office by my friend as other offices told me they were booked for weeks which turned out to be blessing in disguise. Dr. Lal’s office took me in for a same day appointment and all my testing was completed with results back within 24 hours and I was able to identify the problem.
