Calling a Drs office and hearing the person on the side is extremely important because it says alot about the practice, this was my first time calling to make an appointment I wish the practice administrator would look at my chart to see who made and canceled my appointment, the person sounded like she doesn’t like her job, to the point that when I canceled my appointment she hung up on me, who ever made my appointment needs to be talked to this is not how you work the front desk or even answer the phones, we all have bad da... read more
I am very disappointed with my experience at Capital Cardiac Care in Gaithersburg with Dr. Pankaj Lal’s office. When I left the office after my test, I was told the doctor would call me with my results. It has now been more than five days, and I still have not heard anything. I called the office to follow up, and instead of giving me any update, the front desk told me I need to schedule a telehealth appointment just to receive my results. Sat longer than it took to speak with the so called "NP". Ended up with a $164 for a less than 10-minute chat with nothing substantial derived from the interaction. Wont be going back.
