Just spoke with Justin's very helpful wife on the telephone and even though my specific issue couldn't be addressed directly by Capital, the free help, time and assistance just goes to show how professional and curteous Justin and his wife are. Very impressed with people always offering polite and crediable advice. Thankyou.
Exceptional service. Took my van to Capital Caravans for a power upgrade from AGM to Lithium. Justin was extremely helpful in providing advice. His quality of workmanship was on point. While there he also gave me valuable advice on a potential height adjustment. Thanks Justin and also Rowena on the front desk.
You would find it hard to go past Justin for caravan servicing once you used him. We recently had our caravan serviced and upon inspection of the brake components we we're informed the backing plate and magnets needed replacing after only 20,000 kms as the manufacturer uses cheap rubbish. Other than that the rest was completed with no other issues found. Justin (Capital Caravans) highly recommended, I'll be using him again in the future.
