I can’t speak for the do it yourself car washes that the business has. The automatic car wash has broken down the last 3 times that I attempted to use it causing me to need to back my car out of the entrance with a line of cars behind me to escape my predicament. The very last time it took my $12 and refused to allow me to enter. This was on 2/15/26. It is now 3/3/26 and I have not received a refund. I’m not gambling on it anymore.
It's the most convenient place around, instead of going to Charlotte. They have an automatic washer, as well as three hand/self wash bays. Also they have an area to vacuum your car out and throw away trash. I would recommend if you need a car wash
Horrible wash, and even worse customer service.
Bought a monthly subscription, came back and it didnt register. Waste of money!
