Had a slight hiccup with an online order and Jim made it right. I ordered a head unit online over the weekend and received a confirmation email telling me that I would be updated with tracking information when the order ships. Great guys that do some awesome work. John and Jim we're very professional and polite. Our original plan didn't work but they pivoted and quickly resolved it. I couldn't be happier with my installation great work gentlemen. I highly recommend Capitol Car Audio. I will definitely be back for business.
So far great prices on some stuff but will have to do my research to see how they are before I make another purchase got an estimate and it seems very high but but then again I'll have to look before I say for sure
Contacted this shop (2.5 hours from my home in Vermont) after a local shop in VT told me what I wanted couldn't be done. What I wanted was just to replace the garbage factory subwoofer in my Alfa Romeo Stelvio with the same size in the same factory location, but better quality, and add a separate amp for the sub, while keeping full use of the factory infotainment and steering wheel controls.
