Called to see if they have speakers in stock and they did. I showed up and Jim worked with me 1 on 1 to find exactly what I was looking for. Great experience and answered all my questions.
I researched the car audio companies located near me (I'm right near 2 cities). No one compared to Capital Car Audio. After emailing, texting, and talking to Jim, I decided the one hour trip was worth his expertise. I cannot say enough good things about Jim and his crew. My sound system is crazy awesome and he would get my business over and over again. If you do your research like I did, you'll see Capital Car Audio is the ONLY choice. These people actually love what they do and it shows!
I've had multiple appointments between remote starters and radios done. Jim and crew are the absolute best around. Knowledgeable and professional. No other place I'd go.
1st appointment: I drove 1+ hour from Boston to NH, then 15 minutes before the appointment they told me the part had not arrived. Great, wasted 2+ hours. 2nd appointment: installation was done, but 50 minutes later they called because they had left a phone on my back seat floor, so I had to drive back. Great, wasted another 2+ hours. Also, I later found the hood and gas cap were not fully closed. I noticed the hood shaking while driving 70+ mph on the highway and honestly thought I have illusion lol
