**UPDATE 11/13/24 Took my vehicle to John Thornton Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Chevy on 11/12/24. My car was repaired the SAME DAY cost me $0! The rental was covered by the dealership. They dropped me off at Enterprise and picked me up when I had to return the rental. They also washed and vacuum my car. Again my car sat at Capitol Cadillac for 5 DAYSA and NOTHING was do! Awesome service!! The total opposite from the Union City location.
Jason deserves a raise and a promotion! My parents car was hit in the parking lot of the hospital while my dad was in surgery. My mom also has some serious health issues so neither of them could drive once their car was ready for pickup. I live 45 minutes away and wasn’t able to get there before closing. Jason went above and beyond to help us and was able to get my parents car delivered to them so that I could still get them to their doctors appointments. He genuinely made me think that my next vehicle should be a Cadillac.
I will not Recommend you taking this car to this place. They are very Greedy and Unprofessional. Below is a Picture of the Scam Service Manager and the Unprofessional Service Advisor. He will Charge for one thing and if the same problem Reoccurred he will not take Responsibility he's gonna charge you again for the same problem that he is supposed to fix without charging.
