Bought a new Buick in north battleford 3 days ago. On the way to Regina the electronics quit working, speedometer would come and go, no radio , screen just frozen. My husband called capital to ask if I could bring it in and get an update on it since that’s what our salesman figured it needed. The man on the phone said definitely, they’d fit me in. Absolutely hands down the worst service centre. The final straw for us not going back was the oil filter falling off after their 4 hour long oil change. Called service 3 times trying to get through could not had the car towed to another shop. 2023 with 20000kms. Will not be back.
