They accepted all my paint cans for recycling, even the cans from other stores. Some stores recycle only the cans they sold, which is a real nuisance because I can’t always remember where old paint came from and I don’t want to go to all those different stores to do my recycling. I noticed Rina even offered recycled paint and paper cleanup bags.
Rona is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I bought a dishwasher there so quickly and easily on the phone and they deliver for FREE which no other appliance store does without charging. The icing on the cake is they delivered it 2 hours later and even took away the old one for free plus it was $448 all taxes in! Michelle was excellent but I have always found everyone at Rona to offer a really good customer service experience.
The service. Dragen, the supervisor in the paint department is super nice and knows pretty much everything to do with/or where anything is in the place. He always goes above and beyond
As a contractor, this is an excellent place to get everything I need for my projects. The staff is always very friendly, and they’re always willing to help and provide guidance. I highly recommend this store.
