This review is two years after Capital Builders worked for us. They did the best for us. They did right by us. Everything was honest and straight forward. The biggest question will be, did it last? Yes. David made sure our structure (ADU) was safe, livable, approved by the city. Oh, and he had to jump through hoops with the city. Capital Builders did the job, and they did it right. If I could I would give a negative review due to the fact that the owner still hasn't given me a quote and won't respond to emails so I just don't think they want the job even though I said I would pay cash. They don't seem to respect me enough to be honest and say they don't want the job. Pathetic customer service! Don't waste your time and money with these losers!
We used David and his crew a few years ago to do our windows, siding, concrete patio and walkway, garage door and door opener and were so pleased with the attention to detail when we were ready to remodel the downstairs of our house including a major Kitchen remodel we didn't hesitate to go back to David. David and Miguel have a very high standard when it comes to attention to detail and it really shows in the final product. Miguel's tile work is second to none and came out better than we ever hoped.
