Completely Unacceptable Service Experience We are a GM family, currently owning seven GM vehicles, three of which are less than a year old. Two months ago, I purchased a brand-new 2025 GMC Sierra EV Denali from Capital GMC. The sales experience was outstanding, Errol McLean was exceptional. Ima going to five yall a 5 star due to the great people that assist me. I didnt get my car repaired due to a shortage of technicians, They accommodated me so next time I won't have to pay.
An outstanding experience. I was more than 700 miles from home and desperately in need of service for my Encore. Capital Buick service advisor Amy and team member Adam provided excellent customer care. From the initial phone call to service completion, I just knew I was in good, capable hands. If I lived in the Greater Atlanta Metro area, Capital would be my dealership of choice.
