Lady who works here was so rude and nasty with me and had the nerve to threaten me with police for not listening to what I said three times. I explained three times why I was there and what I needed. A customer (black)comes up and had to explain to her that he heard every word I said and confirmed I did say what I said, and she has the nerve to say she never heard me say that; did she apologize to me “NO”.
