Worst company ever. No accountability for serving their customers. Tried to find an in network dentist and they literally don’t exist. Their website for searching for doctors doesn’t work when you try to search as a member. When I searched as a guest it listed doctors that told me they were not covered. When I called to confirm a doctor that was in network, the representative said they called the dentist directly to confirm they were in network and accepting patients and then transferred me.
