Worst company ever. No accountability for serving their customers. Tried to find an in network dentist and they literally don’t exist. Their website for searching for doctors doesn’t work when you try to search as a member. When I searched as a guest it listed doctors that told me they were not covered. When I called to confirm a doctor that was in network, the representative said they called the dentist directly to confirm they were in network and accepting patients and then transferred me. I just want to let you know that 2 people are sleeping on the property and their not suppose to be and they were told about not sleeping on your property.
Most unethical business I've ever dealt with, and to take that title in the Health insurance Business, you know that bar is very low to start with. They have untrained, uneducated customer service reps who are "all about you" until the day you sign the coverage plan. Then when the time to cover their end comes, it's the old bait and switch. No exaggeration when I say I'd trust the Healthcare in 3rd World Country, before ever giving these crooks another thought. Unethical thieves, the entire lot of them!!!
I recently lost coverage due to exceeding my FMLA at Kidspeace and was terminated. I attempted to research plans on the Internet and ended up more confused that ever. I went to the Capital Blue Cross office in Center Valley, PA. They were extremely helpful. Explained the different plans and we chose one that best suited our situatuon. I've recommended several people to go there for help and they are all pleased with rhe service and plans.
