I am a Loan officer who has entrusted this company with my clients. for a couple years they have been great. in the last 9 months or so I guess business has slowed for them as I can see no other reason why they would solicit a loan officers clients.
Call back to people who call you about issues. It looks like this company bought a fraudulent/forged morgage, but the guy who runs it will not call back after 3 attempts to reach him - messages left with his secretary, email .... - and he gave his company a 5 star review (guess he could not get enough good reviews from the public). My original assumption was that his company was another victim of the fraud. Now that he will not respond, I am not so sure.
