On a business owner level, I could not have asked for a better banking experience. This company has never made me to feel like I am a bother, instead they always make me feel like we are working together for the best interest of my business. Each time I have to email my customer service team, the respond so quickly that I am never left wondering if anyone is going to help me. They return calls so fast and have answers. A Friend in need is a friend indeed. Capital Bank MD is our true friend. Our PPP with a larger bank was messed up by a big bank and no one cared to fix the issues at their end. Folks at Capital Bank took care of issues at every step and had put attention to every detail and got PPP approved without any question from SBA. Being a small bank, they know each customer locally and provided great service with attention, care and take action on issues at hand and not just making comments. Taking Action is important.
