Very disappointing experience. The bank feels outdated, and customer service has been unhelpful. Calls are constantly transferred with no real solutions provided. I expected much better service.
We had an excellent experience working with Capital Bank, N.A. Don Springer and Joe Evans provided clear, practical guidance that made the financing process smooth and valuable.
I agree with the individuals that have indicated that this is the worst bank ever starting with the CEO- Mr. Barry. I was a longtime depositor with several accounts and a substantial amount of money. I have recently discovered civil and perhaps criminal fraud and appealed to Mr. Barry by phone and mail. I have not even received the courtesy of an acknowledgement! If this is the manner in which the CEO treats its depositors is it any wonder the staff is so insensitive and unprofessional!
P.O. Box 9224, Old Bethpage, NY 11804-9224 is for OpenSky (a division of Capital Bank, N.A.). You should use this address... i would put zero i could..If this is the same company as opensky secured card...just know new or active card owners...they report lost or stolen cards to credit Bureaus affecting score with comments and remarks...you experience credit people know what.that means...if you need to build credit ...dont lose your card...not even by accident but otherwise service is great...other draw backs is you have to t... read more
