ATM always out of service. Mobile app always down. Rude customer service. Always acts as if it's the customer's fault. Constantly getting lock out of checking account. I would recommend finding a better bank if u value your hard earned money
Unexpected fees for using your own money. Changes to location hours without notification. It doesn’t say updated hours on the website or the door. It’s like they just close when they feel like it. Never mind if you needed the bank. They’ll be a fee for that I’m sure. Call to confirm something over the phone. Turns out some totally different when you get to the bank. Miscommunications.
