Had to laugh when I pulled up to the bank to make a deposit and an armed security guard opened the door for me all that was missing was Barney Fife.
I have dealt with Capital Bank in Union Grove for 25 years. Sandy is the most professional business person I have dealt with in the banking industry. I live in Yadkinville and had a wire that needed to be done. The purchase turned out to be a scam. I tried to deal with Zoey and Ashley but, did not receive the communication that I felt was a great sense of urgency. Never, EVER have I dealt with such a pathetic excuse for a bank. Since Capital Bank bought out Southern Community Bank several years ago (around 2012), everything has gone downhill and continues its descent. Good luck getting them to even answer the phone in Yadkinville. And they close at 4pm Mon-Thurs. Seriously? I'm not really even sure if it's Capital Bank, or First Tennessee Bank or First Horizon Nat'l Corporation. Each acquisition Capital Bank makes has marked another downturn for customers.
