Capital bank is the best bank. They provided me the best rate for my refinancing. Mr. Baicar is very helpful and kind. He is a professional. He always kindly answered to my questions to help me understand a whole process for refinancing. I strongly recommend Capital bank to my friends.
I have had several terrible customer service experiences with the representatives who answer the phones at the branches. As a small business owner, there are many hoops that you have to jump through and common features that they do not offer. Most recently, I have been trying to deposit a few checks for several weeks with many issues. The branch locations are mostly all closed, as well as the drop boxes. My experience with this bank is terrible, my husband and I put in for a home loan four months ago and we have not closed on this loan as yet everything they asked for we gave it to them and they just keep giving us the run around . I will recommend this bank to anyone
A great bank - easy to work with and quick to respond to questions
I refinanced two properties with Capital Bank after their name popped up on Trulia and I'm very grad I made this choice. I worked with Jerry, Leca, and Erin and they made the process about as painless as a re-fi can be. I decided to take another look at the rates half way through the process and I was actually able to drop it another .5% on each loan. Everyone worked with me to make the change and close on time.
