Went through the drive thru to cash a check. I sent my check and Id in, the guy comes back and asked if I had an account. I said no, he said ok well it's policy that you have to come into the bank to cash the check. Ok, no problem, I go into the bank and he hands me my money and Id.....I asked if he needs my thumb print or something, he said no, it's just our policy to have you come into the bank................That's fucking retarded!!! The only reason I can figure, is it's just to make it less convenient for a non customer... read more
