Paige and Shane made the repair process as easy as possible. I was made aware when my car would be ready. The car was being repaired under AAA warranty. Capital Automotive had not done the intial repair. They were fixing a failed repair. Five stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️
Had an ac leak. The only thing wrong was a small o-ring and he tried to find an o ring that would work but couldn’t. Since the only way to get the ring was to buy the whole valve for $100 I went and got that and he just slipped the o ring for me and got my initial charge down from 600 to replace the whole line to just 200 for the diagnosis and o-ring swap.
Look, I don’t have a problem with the tow truck company towing my truck — my issue is with Greenville having it towed in the first place. Of course I was upset. My truck got towed early this morning, and it cost me $215 to get it back. Anybody would be frustrated in that situation. I came in upset, but I never caused any problems. I was cooperative, paid the money, and didn’t disrespect anyone.
