I recently had my car serviced by acapital auto mechanic who isn’t VACC qualified or registered. Because of this, Toyota has informed me that my car’s warranty may now be voided. It’s very disappointing that the mechanic didn’t make this clear before doing the service. Car owners should be careful and always confirm that their mechanic is VACC accredited to avoid issues with warranty coverage
Very disappointed in the lack of communication and over-overcharging. I took a Holden Commodore in for a road worthy check as it needs to be transferred from my dads to my son's name. My dad had it road worthied 6 months ago when he was trying to sell it and it was very recently serviced at Capital Auto.
