Horrible communication. My car has been worrying me and feels unsafe to drive which he knows, booked it in for today and rock up and the shop is all closed. Waited around for 2 hours before he finally answers my call and tells me he’s on holidays until next week. Took work off for this too, luckily a new mechanic was able to fit me in such short notice
A massive shout out to the mechanics at Capital. I drove in with a punctured tyre at 4:05pm on a Thursday afternoon, and they repaired my tyre on the spot in 15 minutes. Friendly and Professional service.

Charged $600 to replace the two wheels, and they didn't return my wheel lock nut after finish the work!! So we couldn't change the front 2 wheels to do the four wheel adjustment! We live far from them and they promised they will mail the lock nut to us. Three weeks now.....i made over tones of phone calls and they just said it was sent and disappeared afterwards never pick up the phone again.
