Horrible communication. My car has been worrying me and feels unsafe to drive which he knows, booked it in for today and rock up and the shop is all closed. Waited around for 2 hours before he finally answers my call and tells me he’s on holidays until next week. Took work off for this too, luckily a new mechanic was able to fit me in such short notice
