Very disappointing! We made an appointment a week ago. On the day of the appointment, we went to the garage and there was no sign of a response. He called us back 15 minutes later to say "sorry, I forgot to send you a message last night, it's impossible for our appointment". I'll let you judge this professionalism for yourself...

Charged $600 to replace the two wheels, and they didn't return my wheel lock nut after finish the work!! So we couldn't change the front 2 wheels to do the four wheel adjustment! We live far from them and they promised they will mail the lock nut to us. Three weeks now.....i made over tones of phone calls and they just said it was sent and disappeared afterwards never pick up the phone again.
