Totally taking advantage of a Woman Owned Company!!! TERRIBLE- bought two engines for identical vehicles in JUNE, one was incorrect, Parts customer service (Paul) is a joke, zero effort or knowledge. Management (James & Daniel) lies to get you off the phone, to date, the “replacement “ engine delivery has been cancelled 8 times, no show 2 times, delivery of the exact same incorrect engine 1 time. Buyer beware!!! Stay Away from these people! I ordered an engine for a 2010 Mazda to be shipped to me. They shipped the WRONG engine and their response is "can't you make it work?"! I explained to them I can't install a 3.5L engine in a car that takes a 3.7L engine, and now the engine remains on an engine stand. I was willing to send this engine back for the correct engine (that was 8 days ago) and attempted to communicate with them on a daily basis.
