I rate these guys with a zero. I brought my Honda Civic in because the AC stopped working. They told me the alternator was shot. They kept my car for a month, and every time I called to check on it, they had no record of my account. I had to give them my name, phone number, etc., repeatedly. They purchased and installed a refurbished alternator from another vehicle and charged me $1,000 for the repair. I know this because two months later, the alternator quit working again.
