ordered a set of rims for my car and they arrived in 2 days!
I ordered some wheels and never received them. I reported the situation to customer service, and the staff kept passing the buck with every request for information. I’m currently in the process of disputing the transaction with VISA because I haven’t gotten any response since the last email exchange. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

I ordered rims from them on August 8, 2022, they promptly received my payment, they told me they were backordered. I told them I could wait. The rims never did show up and I have repeatedly contacted the company for the past two years, attempting to get a refund. Any response has been “we will look into it.” I would avoid this company, I see positive reviews, but I’m sure that’s from people who receive their product in exchange for money, but I would be an example of what this company behaves like when there is an issue.
