I had just moved to North Carolina and had an accident in August 2021 with my 2005 Honda CR-V. When I called Capital, Travis answered. He was really helpful. Within hours he picked my car up and had it at his shop. Because it was an older vehicle and I did not have insurance coverage, I was concerned that it would be totaled. While I didn't use this business, I would highly recommend them. They definitely care about serving the customer, even if it doesn't result in them making money. We could use more businesses with the integrity this one has.
Chris was absolutely incredible to work with!! After calling around and hearing from several places “can’t see you unless you’re using insurance, it will take about two weeks to get an estimate on your car and another few weeks until your car will be fixed” not to mention being extremely expensive, Capital Auto Painting was the last phone call I made and I wish it had been my first.
