I was hit by someone and my car was totaled in November 2021 I called capital auto loan to communicate that and they fully understood that I was waiting for my settlement to pay off the vehicle. Paid it at the end of November and still got a late fee. With them knowing I was just in a wreck of no fault to my own and was waiting for settlement they were paid that same month if you wanna deal with shady people go with them
