Terrible, incompetent, ignorant. This company has terrible customer service. Numerous complaints have been filed with Progressive about this company. (Capital is a sales agent for Progressive) regarding policies administered locally in Nevada. Additionally, numerous complaints filed with Nevada Department of Insurance. Progressive and the State of Nevada are investigating this agency for misconduct and violation of State Insurance Law.
