I recently purchased a used BMW X5M through capital auto group. Sam, my salesman, made things extremely easy and was very prompt/quick to communicate. I’m out of state so needless to say it’s hard to purchase a vehicle sight unseen. Sam provided countless quality pictures and answered all of my questions. Besides some issues with my bank being difficult the process was very streamlined. I received shipment of the vehicle and it was exactly as described. The service Sam provided in searching for my new car was outstanding in every way. He sent me many options meeting my specific criteria. Once we chose the PERFECT E63s AMG, he took care of all of the inspections, shipped the car and had it detailed immaculately and then delivered it to my home. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again for future car purchases.
