Oh my goodness! I have spent all day stressing about having to get a new car and the second I walked in nothing but smiles! Everyone there was absolutely amazing! I did not think I was going to be leaving with a new car today! They went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank them all enough for helping me!
Let me start off by saying my wife and i have no previous credit but were able to finance here. Karim made the process very simple, and we even left the location with our permanent plates instead of paper tags. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting the vehicle, as with any used car dealership. I had issues with the car the next day, resulting in my personal mechanic working on the vehicle. Updating my review. Following my initial post, the dealership reached out to schedule a time next week to fix the concerns with the truck. I'm hopeful that they will be able to resolve everything, and I appreciate their commitment to making it right. I will provide a final update once the work is done. Update: Took the car in and took it to the place dealer recommended and the problem still exists.
